When you use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If something here doesn't work for you, just don't use it.

Use of Service

We're giving you permission to use our apps and websites for your own personal stuff, nothing commercial. That's it — it's limited, you can't pass it on to someone else, and we can take it away. By using the Service, you're saying you'll stick to what comes next:

You need to follow the law, whatever regulations apply where you are, and any agreements with other people. No illegal stuff, no fraud, no unauthorized activity.

Don't use the Service in ways that break the law or aren't allowed. That includes taking apart or reverse-engineering what we built, trying to sneak into parts of the system you shouldn't be in, or anything along those lines.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the Service — text, images, logos, audio, code, all of it — belongs to us or our licensors. It's all protected by copyright and other IP laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service comes as-is. We're not making any promises about it working perfectly, being secure, or staying up all the time.

Limitation of Liability

We and everyone working with us aren't responsible for indirect damage, lost profits, or anything like that if something goes wrong with the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Canada and the United States, without getting into complicated jurisdictional stuff.

Changes to Terms

We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least a month to adjust before the new version kicks in. We decide what counts as "big."
